Timeless House

Insprired by Zen Principle, Timeless House is designed with the merging of Japanese living style and the purpose of gatherings with your loved ones. Being a vacation home located in a planning area in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Timeless House’s design is mainly focus on outdoor spaces and passive design principles.

There are 2 gates, one leads straight to the parking area, another guides to a beautiful walking paths across the garden. Apart from the planting area, the house also has a barbeque place and a pool.

To get to the main area of the house, we will cross a small wooden bridge in the middle of the pool – this follows a Zen Principle saying that if you cross a bridge, the water will wash away all your tiredness and negative energies.

The main area of the house is the living room – dining room – kitchen combination, we imparted an environmentally-friendly vibe into the space by giving it a horizontal connection with the exteriors. From the kitchen, owners can still have a clear, open view of what’s going on outside.

A system of wooden slatted pivot door is applied to gives sun shading and the opportunity to control light, while filtering the breezes indoor while promoting cross ventilation and sun protection.

Glass sliding door is used across the area to allow natural light to come in and enhance the bond between interiors & exteriors.
